While suturing a cut on the hand of a 75 year old rancher, the doctor struck up a conversation with the old man. Eventually the topic got around to President Obama and his role as our President.
The old rancher said, ‘Well, ya know, Obama is a ‘post turtle.’
Not being familiar with the term, the doctor asked him, what a ‘post turtle’ was.

After smoking crack for several months in late night sessions with his government budget committee, President Obama unveiled his $3.73 trillion budget for 2012 yesterday. Today he met the press to defend his budget.
On the other side of the aisle, Republicans immediately called the budget ‘dead on arrival.’ Nevertheless, to answer the President’s challenge, Republicans said they could deliver a better, more fiscally responsible budget, by smoking some Mexican marijuana.
Speaker of the House John Boehner invited stoner rock band Kyuss to Washington for Saturday night’s congressional bong session.
