A Bloomsburg man sent naked photographs of himself to a 15-year-old Ephrata girl’s cell phone, police allege. Matthew Smith, 20, and the girl met through Facebook and communicated over the Internet and by cell phone text messaging, Ephrata police Detective Ken Lockhart said.
